S-Quad Sun Connect is a mobile application provided by S-Quad Realty and Development Corporation / S-Quad Sun to support customers and users with solar-related information, services, inquiries, system information, and related features.

The features available through the App may change or be updated from time to time.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the App without authorization
• Misuse information or services provided through the App
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information

Certain features may require you to create or use an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Not allowing unauthorized individuals to use your account

You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Information displayed in the App should not be considered a guarantee of specific energy savings or system performance unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

Submitting an inquiry, quotation request, site assessment request, or service request through the App does not automatically constitute a confirmed service agreement.

Any installation, purchase, financing, maintenance, or other service may be subject to separate agreements, quotations, and applicable terms.

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, software, images, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to S-Quad Realty and Development Corporation / S-Quad Sun unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without prior authorization.

The App may rely on third-party services, platforms, hosting providers, analytics services, communication services, or other technologies.

We are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

We aim to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.

The App may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues
• Network problems
• Server interruptions
• Security measures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

To the extent permitted by applicable law, S-Quad Realty and Development Corporation / S-Quad Sun will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from the misuse of the App, unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to secure their account, network interruptions, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated Terms.

We may restrict or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or uses the App in a manner that may compromise its security or operation.
